Eating is a way that we take care of our body, an act of self care. I have also come to understand that a nourished life is about what we feed not only our body, but our mind and our spirit. Just as important is how we digest what we take in that will truly nourish and sustain us through our midlife journey. 

Don’t get me wrong, I really, really, really love food and the impact it has in our lives. I am a mindful eater who is fiercely passionate about helping others ditch the diet rules and rediscover the joy of eating. My intention is to improve your over all well being with eating and life habits rooted in self care and not in deprivation. You will discover how to nurture a healthy relationship with food and life, to be able to make choices from a place of nourishment and pleasure.

My personal path in midlife has been one of holistic, intuitive and mindful living. I share with you an integrative approach of health + wellbeing + life coaching that looks at all the factors (Physical, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Spiritual & Environmental) that make up your life. We then  explore what is working and what is not, helping you to create change that will cultivate a midlife that brings you vitality and freedom.

This is our meet & greet call where we get to know one another and chat about life! It’s a good time to see if we are a fit.

Intake Session ….. $ 127

From your intake form, we’ll chat about your concerns ~  goals, diet, exercise, sleep, stress, health history, mindset, relationship to food. This our time to get clear on your program.

Program Overview Session ….. $ 97

Here we will talk through the practical approaches of your customized program I have done for you. I want this to make sense for both your life and for your health. I will provide you with the most important steps & guiding principles to take to create a foundation of change for you midlife goals.

3 week follow up program… $375

  • 90 Minutes of coaching time (in person, phone or on zoom/skype)
  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins via email
  • Individualized Health, Nutrition and Lifestyle Recommendations
  • Handouts and worksheets to guide you through recommendations  

      Option to add on Custom Meal plan… $40

Choosing what foods to eat can be overwhelming not to mention trying to decide what to do with the food!!! 

 I’m here to show you how to keep things simple, delicious and of course, nutritious. I will help you take the guess work out of what to do with a customized meal plan!

All you have to do is fill out a questionnaire so I can learn about you and your needs.

Questions like:

Two weeks after you fill out the questionnaire, you will receive:

Yoga & Meditation

Public Classes…

Join us for weekly yoga sessions. Relax and enjoy this gentle flow yoga with Vicky Morrison, RYT 500hr. This is not a work out, but a work in that infuses the mind, body & spirit. Please bring your water, mat, blanket and most importantly a heart that is open to all possibilities. Namaste
